The Mentor Quality Assurance Charter

We strive to ensure that:

1. The advice, training and service we give fully fulfils your needs and the needs of your organisation.

2. Our services, consultancy and training programmes will be of the highest possible standard. Our consultants and employees wil be first-class and quality-assessed by us.

3. You receive honest but supportive feedback throughout all training events and coaching programmes.

The Mentor Quality Assurance Process

To ensure that all our training events correctly identify and deliver client needs we use the following SEVEN-STEP PROCESS

1. Client Briefing We discuss with you your training needs and other parameters, e.g. numbers and types of participants, desired location and budget.

2. Analysis & Interpretation At this stage we draft a programme for your approval, including numbers and choice of tutors and expected learning outcomes, plus accurate costings.

3. Testing & Agreement Further discussion with you to finalise details, including re-drafting if required.

4. Pre-event work We make all necessary administrative arrangements, e.g. booking venues and tutors, and distribution to all participants of event instructions. Any agreed pre-course work is sent to participants – this will often include a questionnaire which provides the tutors with information on existing knowledge and skills levels, plus details of topic content.

5. Event delivery A client observer is welcome to attend if desired.

6. Evaluation by participants Mentor has a standard feedback form which is e-mailed to all participants the next working day after an event. These evaluations are shared with the client as well as with all relevant tutors and are constantly monitored and relevant action taken. The form can be adapted to your own needs if desired.

7. Client Review In an ongoing client relationship we expect to meet with you from time to time to evaluate and validate training outcomes and consider steps for further professional development.
