A one-day workshop for up to 12 people which is tailored for your organisation and covers definitions of Bullying and Harassment and its effects, code of conduct, legal framework, advice and procedures. Delegates participate in role play to look at how to deal with complaints, to interview those involved in bullying, and to answer the inevitable difficult questions.

Delegates will become clear on issues of confidentiality and procedure. They will know how to offer advice and to deal with complaints. They will be able to make decisions about informal or formal procedures in the light of a complaint and will have a clear understanding of the legal framework.

This course is aimed at Supervisory staff, managers, HR consultants and any one who needs to understand how to deal with bullying and harassing.

As well as this one-day course there is a half-day (“sheep-dip”) version for up to 24 participants and a two day deluxe version for HR professionals and senior managers which includes counselling skills.
