This programme is designed to add polish to your presentations. The aim is to complement your high levels of expertise with a communication style and delivery that ensures a maximum level of influence when speaking in public, making pitch presentations to potential clients or conducting meetings with clients, contractors, suppliers and/or project teams.

The programme
This programme is can be delivered in half a day or extended for more practice.
You must prepare in advance a short work-related presentation to be delivered on the day. This presentation can be part of a presentation you may be working on individually or as part of the team.
The presentations are recorded on video and played back. You receive supportive feedback and practical advice on how to develop your skills.
You receive your individual video to take away along with a set of guidance notes to reinforce the training. The day will be tailored toward your needs and can include:
